What's been going on the last couple of weeks

well work has put me off being on the computer at home for starters, and last weekend Tolsti was in town with Ilhama for what was a ridiculous drinking session. Needless to say that I didn't go to any football, which was not that easy to do anyway with Ely not having a team of any type at home on what was effectively the last day of the season. Newmarket who were already promoted played on Friday and Cambridge and Histon were engaged in the play offs.

Cambridge made it to the final, but Histon went down to Torquay, so it could end up that both Burton and Cambridge end up in the league.

Shakhtar beat Dynamo to reach the UEFA cup final becoming the first and by default the last Ukrainian team to do so. They will face Werder Bremen in Istanbul. Champions League well blah, blah, blah.

It's also been a time of anniverssaries with it being the 20th of the first Stone Roses album and 60 since Superga.

Works been recording and fiddling round with documents.

The Premier League is still going on, so tomorrow I'll be sampling the big time when Villa take on Fulham at Craven Cottage.
