 Well, it was a great trip to Glasgow, but despite being virtually unplayable under Brendan Rogers at the time Celtic only managed to draw in this game against Killie. Celtic dominated the game and should have won, but Kilmarnock stuck to their task for most of the game. When Leigh Griffith opened the scoring for Celtic just before the break you expected them to put the visitors to the sword in the second half. However, it wasn't to be and after Jordan Jones equalised on the hour mark Kilmarnock stuck to the task and saw the game out as a draw.

Out of the drawer today comes this Celtic scarf. I bought this for a trip to Glasgow in the 2017-18 season when the site was on hiatus. It was a great trip and we also went to the Scottish football museum at Hampden Park. Unfortunately, even though Celtic at the time were on fire as they went towards another treble. The game on 28th October 2017 finished in a draw in front of a crowd of 58,000. Lee Griffiths (pictured below taking a corner) gave Celtic the lead just before half time. Jordan Jones gave Killie the equaliser. It was one of those games where the away team came to shut up shop once they had scored and Celtic couldn't find a winner. Man of the match was Kieran Tierney.
