Cambridge United 0 MK Dons 1

It was another defeat for the Us on Saturday, as they continue to run out of steam with one of the smaller and less experienced squads in the division. They have probably done enough to stay up this season, but I think it's a fair assessment that without investment next season could be a tricky one. However, this was a better performance than some of those of late, especially the 6-0 thrashing by Wednesday last week.

To be honest, it was a decent enough performance from the Us, however they never really created anything remarkable and again I am left wondering if playing Sam Smith and Joe Ironside together can work and I do wonder why Wes Hoolahan started from the bench.

The game was decided by Warren O'Hara on the hour mark. Another bonus was getting to see Kane Kesler Hayden on loan from Villa at the Dons, although he showed some flashes of why he is the heir apparent to Matty Cash, there were also some signs that he still has quite a bit to learn.
